A traditional Yoga class that is focused on the basics of the standing, seated and simple stretching postures. Great for brand new beginners looking for a slowly paced class or those who want to revisit the basics of yoga.

Explore a yoga practice of flowing yoga postures (asana) informed by precise attention to alignment and supported by the relaxed wakefulness of mindfulness meditation. Beginners is for those students brand new to yoga or who have an understanding of the basics, ready to explore the full course of sun salutations. Beg/ Intermediate offers precise stepping stones as this class flows from standing poses to simple arm balances and inversions. This level is great for anyone who has a strong basic practice ready to move on! Intermediate is for experienced students who have solid experience in any form of yoga as we begin to pick up the pace and introduce more challenging postures and longer meditation.Our Vinyasa classes are not power or hot yoga. They can be soft and active as well as dynamic and challenging. We offer all levels of Vinyasa flow so you can progress at your own pace.

Yoga to relax and distress. Aids chronic pain, especially therapeutic for people recovering from illness or life transitions. Focus on modalities that soften, strengthen and stabilize challenges in our bodies. We customize sequences for back pain, neck pain, hip problems, sinus, and all common health ailments.

This yoga class is for the experienced student. Explore the depth of poses in inversions, back bends, and advancing yoga postures.

This class offers a soft approach to Yoga, quieting the mind with pranayama and meditation, opening the body with a slow paced practice; to build body awareness, strength, alignment and stability.

Something for everyone! All levels classes build poses from the ground up.  Your teacher will help you develop more challenging modifications as you are ready and in this way, each person can work at their own pace.  This class is not recommended for absolute newbies, but is good for those with some experience.

These yoga classes work with neurological and autoimmune illnesses. It is the choice for chronic pain for fibromyalgia, arthritis, Parkinson’s Disease, Depression, Cancer, or any time you need lots of support and nurturing. Avoid attending if pain is acute. Must be able to walk and rise off the floor.

Iyengar Yoga focuses on precise body alignment, the use of props to help students of all abilities perform the asanas, and an understanding of the therapeutic potential of yoga. The asanas build strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and aid in stress reduction. Intro level to level 1/2 is taught at the studio.

Known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. Using guided imagery, Yoga Nidra allows enough time (usually 35 minutes) for practitioners to physiologically and psychologically benefit.

This delicious Vinyasa class moves slowly with clarity and mindfulness, giving you time to fully arrive into each position and release into every stretch. Flowing with the breath will help relax your nervous system as you gain strength, coordination and physical confidence. This class is great for beginners, people getting back into shape, or for those days when you want to slow down and unwind.
