Creating
Fun with Partner Yoga ($70)
To experience the affects of some
of our yoga, you need a partner. You just can’t
get that feeling of grounding, extension or support always
on our own. Plus, this is fun! The discussions after
partner yoga is always animated and filled with laughter. In
this workshop, you will work with a partner to explore poses
in depth and to help one another improve adjustments, release,
and the pranic flow. If single, team up with fellow
participant.
Friday: 2– 4:30 pm
Easy
Yoga for Backs, Hips, Necks & Shoulders ($70)
This workshop provides
the yoga you need to practice at home and improve your spine, hips and back. This
complaint is one of the most common our high-stress society. Suzette
continues to heal her own back injuries so knows first hand the yoga sequences
which heal
and stabilize your back. She willaddress the muscular-skeletal imbalances
and emotions that often accompany back ache. Who should attend? Beginning
yoga students; students with back challenges; persons wanting a safe approach;
and
yoga teachers.
Friday: 7 to 8:30 p.m.
The Joy and Ease
of Supported Pranayama ($45)
The breath now becomes a dance of life. We
slow down with right support to our chests, necks, heads and shoulders
to breathe and look deep within. We learn the beauty of Puraka (inhaling
joy) and Rechakra (x-breath of peace) and the pause of integration to balance & equanimity.
Bliss.
Saturday: 8:30 am to l0:30 a.m.
New Dimensions of Skill in Standing
Postures ($65)
Standing postures do it all! These demanding poses create
alignment, strength, tone, balance, encourage weight loss, and prepare you for
more advancing postures. Suzette’s insights to this always-popular
standing posture series will delight and lift you to new levels of awareness.
All levels welcome. |
